Support hours are Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM US Eastern Time. There are no official support hours on Saturday or Sunday, nor on US public holidays.
Support covers setup, trouble using existing features, and bug fixes. Regrettably we cannot provide support for customizations or 3rd party plugins or add-ons.
Support is only offered to verified customers with an active Gravity Forms license. Tickets will automatically be routed to priority or standard support queues depending upon your license type.
Customizations
We are always happy to help with minor customizations if the support load permits, but we are unable to provide full customization services as part of our customer support.
